During the PROSIGHT KON 2025 conference, we were responsible for managing visual content for a large-format LED screen together with live camera directing tailored to a spacious conference venue. Due to the scale of the hall, the main objective was to ensure clear visibility of the stage and detailed close-ups of the speakers for all attendees.
The production included a multicam setup with operator-controlled cameras, whose feeds were mixed live and routed directly to the LED screen. Alongside the live image, we coordinated presentation content to maintain a smooth and professional visual flow throughout the event. The result was a dynamic visual production enhancing readability and audience engagement in a high-capacity conference setting.
