During a multi-day Huawei conference at Hotel Tenis in Zvolen, we were responsible for managing projection systems and visual content adapted to the changing layout of the conference space. The programme started in a single unified room with synchronised visuals displayed across multiple projection surfaces, and later continued in two separate sections with independent visual control for each part of the event.
The production required precise coordination between control positions and smooth switching of the visual workflow throughout the programme. After the official conference agenda, the evening continued with a DJ performance, where we created the atmosphere using VJ visuals designed to match the club-style character of the closing event. The result was a visual production that connected the formal conference environment with a dynamic social atmosphere.
