During the 9th Global Meeting of Slovak Honorary Consuls, organised by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, we provided visual management across the first two days of the international conference held in Bratislava. The event brought together over one hundred representatives from around the world and focused on economic diplomacy, export support and strengthening international relations.
On the first day, production took place at the Historical Building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, where we managed the live camera feed projected onto delay screens to ensure clear visibility of the stage for attendees seated further away. At the same time, presentation materials, Slido questions and additional visual content were distributed across dedicated display screens.
The second day continued at the Primate’s Palace, where the same visual workflow was implemented during the morning programme before returning to the National Council venue for the continuation of the conference. Our role was to maintain a consistent visual standard and ensure smooth content flow across multiple locations and programme segments.
